Traditional Plantation Shutters
Traditional plantation shutters feature louvers with a wooden control arm affixed to the front of the shutter in the middle of the louvers. To open and close these shutters, move the control arm in the front up or down.
Louver/Blade Options
We have three standard traditional plantation shutter louver/blade size options however if you have a special request for louver/blade size, we are usually able to accommodate.

Paint or Stain Options
To best match your home’s interior paint or stain, we request that the customer provide paint or stain to our painters.
Wood Options
All GP Shutters are crafted from real wood. Traditional indoor plantation shutters are primarily crafted using poplar wood. Additional wood types are available on request.
Hidden Control Arm Shutters
Hidden control arm shutters feature louvers with a metal control arm affixed to the backside of the shutter on the right side of the louvers, making the control arm hidden from sight. To open and close these shutters, tilt any of the louvers up or down.
